John Anthony Trallo is a professional guitarist/singer/songwriter/music teacher and luthier with over twenty-five years of experience.

Born and raised in South Philadelphia, PA, John began playing the guitar at the age of eleven, and eventually went on to study with world-class master guitarists/teachers: Dennis Sandole (1986-1991), Pat Martino, (1977-1978) Calvin Harris (1974-1976), and Anna Caskerenko (1969-1971). After attending Combs College of Music, he spent the next sixteen years sharpening his musical skills playing in Philadelphia area nightclubs, the Jersey Shore, Atlantic City Casinos, recording studios, and touring the US, Canada, and South America with some of the best rock, blues, and R&B bands as a professional guitarist. Considered one of the more eclectic and versatile guitarists around, John plays 6 & 12 string electric and acoustic guitars, slide guitar, classical guitar, lap steel guitar, ukulele, banjo, bass guitar, violin, and keyboards. His style of playing ranges from: Rock, to Blues, to Funk, to Jazz, to Classical, and everything in between and beyond.

Over the years, John continued his education by taking advanced courses at Community College of Philadelphia, Temple University, and Camden County College earning a BA in Music Education and Psychology and has Certified Accredited Teaching Certificates in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. John is also a Member in Good Standing of Childline of Pennsylvania and has current PA Act 34 & 151 clearances.

After coming off 'the road', John settled in Gloucester Twp., New Jersey. However, in 2002, he moved to the rural Endless Mountains of Sullivan County, PA, which he now calls home. There, John teaches m
usic, has a stringed instrument repair shop, and performs and records locally and out of the area with various musicians, the band EFB, and as a solo artist. John has also just completed recording his first solo album entitled "Free Flight" on CD which features five of his original compositions, and some interesting arrangements of a few 'cover' songs.
